We have received information in from the AWF regarding accommodation arrangements for the upcoming National Senior Championships at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.
The AWF advise that the QWA will be responsible for managing QWA member bookings. It is also advised that only athletes and team officials can stay onsite – no supporters or family members. Individuals can’t book directly. The price is $92 per person per night, including meals.
Preliminary bookings need to be lodged with the QWA qwa@qwa.org by Wednesday 28th September. Please include which nights you wish to book for in your RSVP. Requests after this date have no guarantee of availability.
Payments need to be made to the QWA by Friday 11th November. Please note that there is no capacity for refunds after the 11th November.
QWA members can of course choose to stay elsewhere if this type of accommodation doesn’t suit their needs.
