QLD SENIOR STATES – FINAL VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE

If you were limited by your choices then I would recommend completing the Club Online Referee course which you can access through your QWA account, it’s free and takes approximately 30 minutes. Next you then need to apply for a Blue Card which is also free.

All the information is available on our website https://www.qwa.org/volunteer/

We are still looking for at least 2 possibly 3 more loaders for Session 1 on Friday.

We understand that this is a work day but if you have a couple of hours to spare to help Alex or he could be the only man standing for Session 1.

IMPORTANT

  • Unfortunately we have had to make a few changes so please check the schedule. We prefer not to make changes but we have several Technical Officials upgrading over the weekend. Please email @ officiating@qwa.org if you have any questions.
  • As this is a State competition a uniform is required by all Technical Officials. If you are scheduled to Referee/Weigh In/Timekeeper/Technical Controller/Chief or Assistant Marshall please wear a white shirt/blouse and navy skirt/pants.
  • As there are under 18s competing you will also need to have your Blue Card visible. The QWA can provide lanyards if you need one. See Deb Keelan on the day.
  • Please try to arrive 30 minutes before your session.
  • There will be light refreshments available in the VIP room for all our Officials.
  • If you are unable to do your session we ask that you find a replacement and then let us know by email officiating@qwa.org
  • FIND THE ROSTER HERE

If there are any further changes before Thursday 29th we will notify you.
