If you are planning on competing at the National Masters in Canberra later this year you will have needed to either compete at the State Masters Championships at Miles, OR successfully applied for an exemption including paying the necessary fee by this Sunday 9th February.

Once this has been approved you will need to finalise this approval by entering online via the QWA calendar and paying the entry fee.
Reminder:
- that entrants in the State Masters event have automatic entry into Oly in the Outback – no need to register for both.
- you will need a weightlifting suit to compete in.
